Participation

 

1.           This Promotion is being run on behalf of Asahi Beverages NZ Ltd. 96 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland 1011. (the “Promoter”).

2.           Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All instructions and offer information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.

3.           The Promotion is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older; and are not directors or employees of the Promoter or any of its related companies or any of their agencies associated with the Promotion (“Associated Person”).

4.           The Promotion commences on 14/08/2024 and is available strictly while stock lasts. (“Promotional Period”) .  

5.           To qualify to receive the offer, purchase any Major Major product (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a retail outlet displaying the promotional offer material (See appendix for participating stores)

6.           The offer is a branded Major Major Stubby Holder valued at $25.00 RRP (“Gift”). There is a limit of one (1) gift per purchase. Multiple purchases are permitted based on availability. The gift is redeemable at the check-out after a Qualifying Purchase has been made. If the gift is unavailable at time of purchase as the stock allocation has been exhausted the customer will not be entitled to the gift or any variation of the gift on offer.

 7.           The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, travellers’ cheques or foreign exchange or any other travel services not outlined. The gift must be taken as offered and may not be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the gift value.   

8.           The gift value is correct at time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the gift.

         General

9.           If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, global pandemic, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.

 10.         The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including, without limitation, allergies, skin conditions or other reactions), illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 

 11.         The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommend by the Alcohol Advisory Council of New Zealand. A full version of the guidelines is available at http://alcohol.org.nz

12.         Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

 13.         The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the competition (including any prize) at any time in its sole discretion.

15.         The laws of New Zealand apply to this Promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
